Project mentoring

Mentoring begins where classroom training leaves off. It is the process of partnering a WISDM project management expert with a sponsor and/or project manager to provide guidance during a project

Our mentors work throughout the life of a project, or during a specific project phase, event, or process. They can guide a relatively inexperienced project manager through the basics and prevent mis-steps.

Even experienced sponsors and project managers sometimes need to consult about complex and tough issues. Mentoring protects an organization's investment and is especially effective for strategic or high-risk projects.
