Project management training

The best way to learn project management is to profit from the experience of people who have managed hundreds of projects. WISDM instructors bring that experience into the classroom. Our students learn what it takes to sponsor and manage projects in today's complex environment, and have an opportunity to test their new knowledge.

Our instructors have managed technical projects as well as projects in culture and process change, product development and business startup. We mold our experience to our students' needs. The training process is not just classic instruction, it blends case studies, demonstration games, group discussions, role-play, videos, and individual assessments. The process is highly interactive; the way adults learn.

To reinforce that learning, we encourage students to assess their current projects against  WISDM best practices. During the training, students assess their projects in a number of critical dimensions; leadership, team development, communication, risk management, requirements management, planning, change management, organizational readiness, and so on.  These assessments allow students to determine where and how they can improve their projects. Students quickly see where they can improve their projects and develop an action plan to use when they return to work - behavioral change that delivers real value.

We train on a variety of project management subjects.  We will customize courses to meet a client's specific needs, and to the needs of beginners as well as experts. Our courses are taught to project sponsors, project managers, project team members, and anyone else who needs the skills.
